Payroll/Benefits Specialist: The Payroll and Benefits Specialist is part of the HRIS/Payroll Team that supports the Premium Billing Services, some payroll services and HR services as assigned. The main support areas of this role are processing enrollments/changes and eligibility with insurance carriers, and reconciling monthly invoices based on the client’s needs. This position requires a friendly attitude, a positive demeanor, and the ability to communicate effectively, apply HERE.

Client Service Representative:We’re looking for a Client Service Representative in our Benefits Administration division. The Client Service Representative assists those participants with Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and/or Parking/Transit plans.
This individual provides information in response to inquiries about benefits, claims, payments, status and services in addition to handling and resolving issues; perform reviews and audits as needed. Claims adjudication and processing as well as assisting account management team with projects and administrative tasks. All combined with maintaining superior client satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources and service to participants via phone and email, apply HERE.
